Question 1

What types of ammunition do you sell?

Accepted Answer

We manufacture both new and remanufactured ammunition in multiple calibers for pistol and rifle. Browse our rifle and pistol lineups — and if you don't see what you need, reach out about custom loads.

Question 2

Is your ammunition made in the USA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are a family-owned and operated company, and every cartridge is manufactured right here in America — crafted with passion and the drive to be superior.

Question 3

What are your current lead times?

Accepted Answer

Due to a significant increase in demand, production is currently delayed. We are still manufacturing and shipping every day, but lead times can be up to several weeks. We appreciate your patience and support.

Question 4

Do you offer local pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for Lee & surrounding counties in Florida, with pickup in Cape Coral, FL. Orders must be placed through the website (no walk-ins). Local pickup has no shipping fee, but the ammo handling fee varies by order and is shown at checkout. Tax is applied. Pay via the website only — no cash pickups. You'll receive an email and phone call when your order is ready. Pickups are scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. only, and you must bring your invoice and a photo ID — no exceptions. See our Local Pickup page for full details.

Question 5

What if I'm not local?

Accepted Answer

If you are not local to our pickup area, you must select UPS Ground as your shipping method at checkout.

Question 6

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have 5 or more issues with a box of any 50 cartridges (or more), retain the packaging and the cartridges and contact us. Once we receive them, we'll provide you with a new box of 50 at no charge. Full details are on our Warranty / Guarantee / Refund page.

Question 7

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because we manufacture ammunition, once a purchase is completed, components, manpower, and machinery are allocated to complete it. For this reason, we do not provide refunds once a purchase has been made. Please review our refund policy before ordering.

Question 8

Do you offer dealer or wholesale pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Dealer & FFL Program offers tier-based wholesale pricing, priority allocation, and a dedicated account rep for FFLs, ranges, agencies, and distributors.

Question 9

Do you handle firearms transfers or custom services?

Accepted Answer

In addition to ammunition, we offer Firearms Transfers, Specialty Firearm Purchases upon request, and Importing/Exporting Consulting. We also load custom specifications for agencies and teams — get in touch to discuss your needs. (FFL# 1-59-071-4D-54594)
