When you provide an email address during checkout, you authorize us to use it for transactional checkout communications, including a limited reminder if you leave checkout incomplete. A recovery message may include a secure link that restores your selected items. You may stop these reminders using the unsubscribe link in the message. We send communications subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

You must be of legal age to purchase ammunition and firearms-related products, and you are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Orders may be canceled if we cannot verify eligibility.

We manufacture new and remanufactured ammunition in multiple calibers. Due to high demand, production may be delayed and lead times can be up to several weeks. We manufacture and ship every day and appreciate your patience. Product availability may vary by location.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through the website; no cash payments are accepted. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

If you are not local to our pickup area, you must select UPS Ground at checkout. Local pickup is available for Lee & surrounding counties in Florida (Cape Coral, FL). The ammo handling fee varies by order and is shown at checkout. Pickups are by appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. only, and require your invoice and a photo ID. Our limited warranty and refund terms are described on our Warranty / Guarantee / Refund page. Please note that, because we manufacture ammunition to order, we do not provide refunds once a purchase has been made.

We also offer Firearms Transfers, Specialty Firearm Purchases upon request, and Importing/Exporting Consulting. All firearms transactions are conducted in accordance with federal and state law under our FFL (#1-59-071-4D-54594) and may require additional verification and paperwork.

You agree to use our products lawfully and to comply with all shipping restrictions and regulations that apply to your location. You assume all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase, possession, and use of our products.

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, and images — is the property of 1st Round Ammunition and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1st Round Ammunition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
